Description: This magical plug appears to be an ordinary bath plug, complete with a small chain. However, it is imbued with potent enchantments that allow it to drain water from any container or area when placed on a surface.

Abilities:

Water Draining: As an action, the user can place the plug onto any surface, such as the bottom of a boat, a wall of a flooded room, or the side of a water container. The plug adheres to the surface, creating an extradimensional hole. Water in contact with the plug is rapidly drained through the hole into an unknown location. The plug can drain water at a rate of 50 gallons per minute.

Watertight Seal: The plug forms a watertight seal when placed on a surface, preventing any leakage or seepage of water around the hole created by the plug.

Release: As an action, the user can speak the command word to detach the plug from the surface, closing the extradimensional hole and leaving no trace of its presence.

Restrictions: The Plughole of Draining can only drain liquid, at dm’s discretion. The plug must be placed on a solid surface to create a hole, and it will not function if placed on a creature, a magical barrier, or a surface that prevents extradimensional travel. The plug can be removed by a successful DC 16 Strength check, which also closes the extradimensional hole.
