Tatsujin Village
Description: Tatsujin Village is located on the southern end of Akatsuki Island, a large, crescent-shaped landmass that floats high above the clouds in the world of Kumo Shima. The village is surrounded by rolling hills, expansive grasslands, and dense forests that provide the perfect environment for the skilled horse breeders who call this place home. The village’s architecture is simple yet elegant, with wooden houses and buildings that blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings.
History: Tatsujin Village has a long and proud history of horsemanship, with the villagers taking great pride in their ability to raise and train some of the finest horses in all of Kumo Shima. The village has also played a role in various historical events, such as supplying horses for military campaigns or providing transportation for important officials.
Culture and Traditions: The people of Tatsujin Village are deeply connected to their horses and have developed a unique culture and way of life centered around horsemanship. Visitors can witness the villagers’ skills firsthand by watching them train their horses or participate in local horse races. He’s a bit of a recluse, preferring to spend his days in his forge rather than socializing with the other villagers. He can provide players with quests related to crafting weapons and armor, and may sell them some of his own creations.
- Emiko – Emiko is the village’s herbalist, with a vast knowledge of the island’s flora and their medicinal properties. She’s a kind and gentle woman who is always willing to help those in need. She can provide players with quests related to gathering medicinal herbs and making potions, and may sell them some of her own creations.
- Takeshi – Takeshi is the village’s head samurai, responsible for the safety and security of the village. He’s a serious and disciplined man who takes his duties very seriously. He can provide players with quests related to defending the village from outside threats, as well as training them in the ways of the samurai.
- Ayumi – Ayumi is a young girl who dreams of becoming a skilled archer. She’s enthusiastic and energetic, but still has much to learn. She can provide players with quests related to archery and marksmanship, and may challenge them to friendly competitions.
Dangers and Challenges: While Tatsujin Village is generally a safe place, visitors should be aware of the dangers that come with working with horses, such as accidental injuries or falls. Additionally, the village is located near the edge of a cliff, and travelers should exercise caution when navigating the surrounding terrain.
