Magical Properties:

Dragon’s Fury: When strumming a stringed instrument with this pick, the wielder can choose to unleash the fury of the dragon. This allows the wielder to add an additional 1d6 fire damage to the next attack made with the instrument. This ability can be used once per short rest.

Dragon’s Charm: As an action, the wielder can use the pick to charm a single creature within 30 feet. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or become charmed by the wielder for 1 minute. The wielder can use this ability once per long rest.

Dragon’s Resilience: The pick is highly durable and can withstand the rigors of combat. The wielder gains a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with any stringed instrument when using this pick.

Dragon’s Call: Once per long rest, the wielder can use an action to call upon the spirit of the dragon. This causes a thunderous roar to emanate from the pick, creating a powerful shockwave that knocks back all creatures within 20 feet of the wielder. Creatures in the area must make a Strength saving throw (DC 15) or be knocked prone and take 2d6 thunder damage. On a successful save, they take half as much damage and are not knocked prone.

Material Cost: Crafting the dragon scale guitar pick requires a single dragon scale, which is a rare and valuable material that can only be obtained by slaying a dragon or negotiating with a dragon willing to part with one of its scales.
